What You’ll Actually Do
• Mail Operations: Coordinate the daily processing of all incoming and outgoing office mail, including receiving, sorting, and applying postage.
• Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels of office supplies to ensure availability for all departments.
• Logistics Support: Handle the movement and lifting of large box deliveries within the office premises.
• Workstation Setup: Prepare and set up workstations for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide support to the HR Manager for various office management tasks and assist attorneys or case staff with additional requests.
• Inter-Office Transport: Drive as required to other local offices to deliver mail or supplies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level. High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Not specified in years. Requires proficiency with mailroom equipment and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a vehicle insured with 100/300 Bodily Injury limits.
• Skills:
• Operational knowledge of mailroom equipment, including copy machines, package tracking software, and postage systems.
• Physical capability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, including tasks requiring kneeling and bending.
• Strong navigational ability, demonstrated either through familiarity with local roads or proficient use of GPS for deliveries.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively with minimal supervision.
