The TL;DR

• Pay: $16–$18 hourly
• Mission: Support kitchen and facility operations to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout food production and service areas.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Dishwashing: Wash dishes thoroughly by hand or operate a dishwashing machine.
• Surface Sanitation: Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks to ensure hygienic standards.
• Area Upkeep: Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors in assigned areas to maintain a tidy environment.
• Waste Management: Remove trash and garbage from various areas and transport them to designated disposal locations.
• Supply Replenishment: Re-stock essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: No related work experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Knowledge of sanitation procedures; understanding of basic food safety concepts; ability to clean and organize various facility areas; proficiency in maintaining equipment cleanliness.
