• Pay: $17–$30 hourly, with additional annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums possible.
• Mission: To safeguard associates, customers, and merchandise by actively investigating, analyzing, and solving security and safety challenges.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Investigate: Conduct investigations related to the safety and security of associates, customers, and merchandise within the Supercenter.
• Analyze: Critically evaluate situations and information to understand the root causes of security problems.
• Problem-Solve: Work diligently to resolve complex issues concerning asset protection and security.
• Ensure Safety: Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all associates and customers.
• Protect Merchandise: Implement measures and take actions to prevent loss and ensure the integrity of company merchandise.
