What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Support: Support digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and track project deadlines.
• Content Management: Help create and update marketing content, assets, and assist with website content updates and optimization.
• Social Media: Assist with social media content scheduling and management to enhance engagement.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and conduct market and competitor research.
• Email Marketing: Support email marketing campaigns and communications to reach target audiences.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, administration, or support roles.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Bonus: Internship or entry-level marketing experience, experience managing social media accounts, familiarity with email marketing platforms, and basic knowledge of digital advertising and analytics.
