National Youth Ambassador | NexaYouth

The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship position at NexaYouth Service, a national youth organization focused on offering volunteer opportunities and community initiatives. This role is remote, allowing dedicated students to connect with peers across the country. As a National Youth Ambassador, you will play a crucial part in expanding awareness, encouraging participation in meaningful service activities, and supporting the organization’s growth.

• Mission: Expand national awareness of NexaYouth Service’s volunteer opportunities and recruit new participants nationwide.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Promote Services: Actively promote NexaYouth Service opportunities across personal networks, social media, and community connections.
• Educate Peers: Share comprehensive information about volunteer programs, service initiatives, and leadership opportunities with fellow students.
• Recruit Participants: Assist in the recruitment of new participants and volunteers, contributing to a nationwide expansion.
• Represent the Organization: Maintain a professional and positive representation of NexaYouth Service in both online and offline interactions.
• Inform Strategy & Growth: Provide valuable feedback on student interests to help identify new outreach strategies and support the national network’s growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current high school or college student with a demonstrated passion for community service, leadership, and youth engagement.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
• Bonus: Prior experience in clubs, volunteer organizations, student government, or other leadership positions is preferred.
