• Type: Part-time (with full-time hours available during school breaks and vacations)
• Location: In-person, Lincoln, NE
• Pay: $20 hourly
• Mission: Learn and perform day-to-day printing and binding tasks, conduct scheduled equipment maintenance, and assist with mechanical and electronic troubleshooting within the Production and Maintenance Department.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Apprenticeship: Participate in a hands-on apprenticeship program to learn various aspects of the Production and Maintenance Department.
• Troubleshooting: Shadow press and bindery technicians to assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electronic problems within manufacturing areas.
• Production Tasks: Learn and perform the day-to-day tasks involved in the printing and binding of company publications.
• Equipment Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance routines for manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Skill Development: Gain exposure to manufacturing areas, including press and bindery, developing practical skills with strong mentor support.
