AI Product Manager Project Intern (TikTok LIVE-Ecosystem Governance) – 2026 Start (BS/MS) | TikTok

This role contributes to the LIVE Ecosystem Governance team, which is vital for maintaining platform integrity and fostering a safe, engaging, and high-quality livestreaming environment worldwide.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Development: Design and improve LIVE ecosystem governance tools and strategies to enhance content quality and platform safety.
• Ecosystem Analysis: Analyze livestreaming trends, governance challenges, and user behavior to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with R&D, operations, Algo, and Data teams to enhance governance efficiency and drive product iterations.
• Feature Rollout: Launch new governance features and policies, communicating clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Ability to commit to a minimum 3-month internship period, working 12 weeks with 4 days onsite during Spring 2026.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights; excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration; a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership for projects.
• Bonus: Ability to continue working onsite during Summer 2026; project experience in product management, content governance, or trust & safety; familiarity with livestreaming or content platforms, including TikTok LIVE’s creator community; basic data analysis skills (SQL).
