Creative Producer | Precision Pro Golf

The Tone:
This is an entry-level, remote role at Precision Pro Golf, located remotely in the United States. Precision Pro Golf manufactures premium golf rangefinders, trusted by serious golfers and top retailers. As a lean organization, the company’s digital growth is fueled by a consistent flow of fresh, high-performing ad creative. This role is crucial for owning that creative pipeline, serving as a hands-on builder who will turn marketing angles into a continuous stream of ad content, learn how paid media functions, and drive tangible results.

• Mission: Own the pipeline for fresh, high-performing ad creative across statics and video, transforming product benefits and marketing angles into ad-ready formats.
• Tech Stack: CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pipeline Management: Build and operate a systematic process to deliver a consistent volume of new ad creative for Meta and YouTube, managing the concept backlog, production calendar, and asset library.
• Static Creative Direction: Brief and direct the designer to create compelling static ads from product benefits and marketing angles, maintaining an organized creative library.
• Video Production & Management: Source, brief, and manage on-camera talent and creators for video content, coordinating shoots and collaborating with video editors to finalize platform-native formats.
• Creative Performance & Iteration: Analyze performance data to identify winning creative elements, systematically scaling successful concepts and iterating based on insights within a clear testing framework.
• Platform & Trend Integration: Monitor Meta, YouTube, and TikTok for emerging trends and collaborate with media buyers to understand platform mechanics, adapting successful hooks and formats to the brand.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a social-native mindset, possessing a strong instinct for scroll-stopping content and a genuine interest in golf.
• Experience: Demonstrable familiarity with Meta, YouTube, and TikTok platforms, coupled with an eagerness to learn paid media and connect creative decisions to performance data.
• Skills: Ability to write clear creative briefs, direct designers and editors, strong organizational and self-direction capabilities, refined creative taste with a bias for volume and iteration, and a keen interest in the golf space.
• Bonus: Experience in self-producing video content (shooting, rough-cutting, or on-camera presence), proficiency with editing or design tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva), or prior content creation or paid social campaign assistance for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand.
