This is an internship at Lofty, a company that builds and scales AI-powered products across its real estate platform. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to become AI-native Product Managers operating at the highest level. You will work directly with experienced Product Managers and revenue leaders, making a direct impact by owning problems and shipping solutions, leveraging AI to significantly boost your speed and output from day one.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Own: Own real product problems across acquisition, activation, and monetization by building solutions, not merely shadowing.
• Utilize AI: Use AI daily to generate insights, write product specifications, analyze data, and prototype solutions.
• Experiment: Run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue across the product funnel.
• Collaborate: Partner with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ship features and measure their impact.
• Decide: Turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions with speed and rigor.

• Background: Individuals aiming to become top 1% Product Managers with a strong desire for high-agency work.
• Experience: Demonstrated daily use of AI tools for thinking, building, and faster execution, reflecting an AI-native mindset.
