This is a Summer Fellowship at LaunchPath AI, located remotely. LaunchPath AI is an EdTech startup building the future of high school academic tracking and college admissions strategy mapping for students and college consultants. This role is crucial for scaling the platform’s user networks within regional communities and offers direct exposure to early-stage tech growth and digital marketing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Growth Campaigns: Spearhead and execute localized B2C growth campaigns targeting high school juniors, seniors, and high-income parents.
• Network Infiltration: Infiltrate local student networks, academic clubs, and digital communities to drive platform adoption.
• Strategy Deployment: Partner directly with the founders to deploy growth-hacking strategies and localized micro-campaigns across target networks.
• Performance Tracking: Track weekly user signup metrics, analyze localized conversion data, and report KPIs directly to the executive team.
• B2B Outreach: Identify and map outreach pipelines for B2B private college consultants and boutique counseling firms in your region.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current high school junior/senior or undergraduate student pursuing Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: High-achieving profile with strong leadership experience; deeply embedded within local high school or university networks with the ability to mobilize student communities; self-starter mentality with a relentless work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural talent for sales and persuasion; ability to work autonomously and manage a localized user acquisition pipeline.
• Bonus: Understanding of social media advertising; familiarity with social media analytics, marketing, or digital community building; interest in the EdTech ecosystem, consumer software, or business concepts.
