What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Asset Management: Maintain and update marketing platforms and operational assets, including forms, templates, and emails, to ensure current and effective resources.
• Data System Support: Assist with data imports, perform cleanup activities, and ensure consistency across various marketing systems to maintain data integrity.
• Workflow Coordination: Manage the intake of operational requests and coordinate workflows to ensure tasks are processed efficiently and communicated to stakeholders.
• Campaign Assistance: Support campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment activities, and provide backup assistance for campaign operations as needed.
• Project Management Tool Administration: Manage project coordination and workflows within Asana, performing maintenance, administration, and quality assurance tasks for the platform.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree. This is an entry-level position that supports marketing operations within the education technology sector.
• Experience: Essential experience includes proficiency with Google Workspace applications such as Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive. Preferred experience includes general marketing, operations, or administration, as well as hands-on experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Skills: Possess strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems, coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills. Must be capable of managing multiple priorities, applying strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, and comfortable working within established workflows in a collaborative team environment. A technical aptitude and interest in operational systems are also key.
• Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms like Marketo or Salesforce is beneficial. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, and an interest in marketing, technology, and education trends are also preferred.
