What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Execution: Actively assist with the end-to-end execution of retail marketing and customer engagement campaigns, ensuring all initiatives align with strategic objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Directly interact with consumers in retail settings to provide comprehensive product information, answer their questions, and effectively support overall brand awareness for clients.
• Brand Representation: Consistently represent client brands with a high degree of professionalism, always striving to maintain and enhance a positive customer experience during all interactions.
• Sales & Marketing Support: Contribute significantly to achieving sales and marketing objectives by effectively helping to drive customer participation and active engagement in various promotional activities.
• Performance Evaluation: Collaborate proactively with both team members and leadership to meticulously evaluate the performance of ongoing campaigns and identify clear opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
