What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Support: Actively assist in the comprehensive planning and successful launching of in-store retail marketing and sales campaigns.
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly and enthusiastically with customers to effectively promote products, provide attentive support, and confidently close sales transactions.
• Brand Representation: Skillfully represent client brands with utmost professionalism and genuine enthusiasm during all direct consumer interactions.
• Performance Analysis: Collaborate closely with team leaders to meticulously evaluate campaign effectiveness and strategically implement improvements.
• Team Collaboration: Proactively help foster a positive, high-performance team culture through strong, clear communication and demonstrated personal initiative.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professionals with a High School Diploma or GED are required for this role.
• Experience: No prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid, hands-on training with one-on-one mentorship will be provided.
