As an intern, you will support the design and improvement of digital products that make advanced security simple and intuitive. This role contributes to redefining how security is designed and delivered, providing both smart protection and peace of mind.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Design: Support the design and improvement of digital products that simplify advanced security experiences.
• User Research: Participate in user research to understand user needs, collect and synthesize user feedback, interviews, or usability testing.
• UX Deliverables: Translate user research findings into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design Iteration: Assist with creating UX deliverables, refining visual designs, and iterating on concepts based on feedback and usability insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with requirements, and consistent with the brand.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, actively pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Experience or coursework in User Research, including collecting and synthesizing user feedback, interviews, or usability testing. Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping, using common design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Skills: Strong foundation in User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking; Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces for web or mobile products; Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Interest in security, AI-driven products, or emerging technologies; A portfolio or samples of UX and visual design work demonstrating process and final outcomes.
