The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc., located in Atlanta, GA. This role is crucial for ensuring that Coca-Cola products are effectively displayed, stocked, and rotated in large store customer accounts, directly contributing to sales execution and customer satisfaction.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: 5 Days a week; 2 days off; starting 5:00am – until job complete
• Location: In-person, Atlanta, GA

• Mission: Ensure Coca-Cola and brand partner products are properly merchandised and replenished in large store customer accounts, train other merchandisers, and resolve customer issues.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Relieve: Provide relief for Merchandiser routes across various locations.
• Train: Present established and effective merchandising training methods to other Merchandisers.
• Execute: Sell and execute merchandising strategies at the store level, maintaining product integrity.
• Replenish: Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets, including displays, racks, and all Coca-Cola and brand partner equipment.
• Relate: Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers, providing superior customer service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum age of 18 years old. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training in merchandising or similar roles, if not meeting the education requirement.
• Skills: Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy. Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule and self-motivate with minimal supervision. Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English, performing basic arithmetic, and problem-solving. Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology, and operate a reliable vehicle.
• Bonus: Previous merchandising experience preferred. Qualified candidates may be eligible for an amazing CDL Tuition Program, reimbursable up to $5250 for CDL school tuition.
