What You’ll Actually Do
• Observe and learn how experienced team members initiate business conversations, identify client needs, and strategically present telecommunication solutions.
• Sit in on live interactions with business owners and decision-makers, gaining direct insight into professional dialogue around mobile usage, internet reliability, and service structure.
• Gradually participate in initial stages of the sales process, including helping to start conversations and asking fundamental questions to gather necessary information before recommendations are formed.
• Understand daily operational routines, learning how the team prepares for activities, meticulously tracks performance metrics, and maintains consistency across the entire group.
• Engage in a process of exposure, repetition, and learning by doing to develop practical skills rather than facing immediate performance pressure.

• Background: A student, recent graduate, or an individual actively exploring a career transition into business or sales, with a strong desire for practical, real-world experience.
