Technology Strategy & Commercialization Intern (Summer 2026) | Sueep
The Tone:
This is an internship at Sueep, located in Philadelphia, PA. Sueep is a commercial operations company based in Philadelphia, serving multifamily and construction clients across the Northeast. The company has developed expertise in field execution, workflow systems, and service delivery, and is currently investing in internal software systems and technology initiatives. This role is crucial for helping company leadership create clarity around product direction, market positioning, feature prioritization, and commercial strategy for these internal technology initiatives.

• Mission: Evaluate business problems, analyze software market opportunities, organize product feedback, and help define structured recommendations for future product development and go-to-market decisions.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluation: Evaluate existing internal software initiatives and document strategic opportunities for improvement.
• Research: Research business software markets, competitors, pricing models, and product positioning.
• Prioritization: Help identify which technology initiatives show strongest commercial potential.
• Planning: Organize product requirements, feature prioritization frameworks, and development recommendations.
• Reporting: Prepare commercialization and market-entry research reports.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Business / Strategy, or Data Science.
• Experience: No specific years required. Helpful experience includes product analysis or SaaS research, market analysis, spreadsheet modeling, and CRM / systems thinking.
• Skills: Highly analytical and structured in thinking, interested in software product strategy and commercialization, able to translate technical ideas into business recommendations, capable of simplifying ambiguity into actionable frameworks, and strong written communication.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to product analysis or SaaS research, market analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or CRM/systems thinking.
