Kindfulness

Kindfulness is a community-driven nonprofit, embodying kindness and mindfulness, dedicated to empowering individuals facing significant life challenges. Based in Columbus, Ohio, we support five core populations: those experiencing unhousing, trafficking, reentry, sexuality/gender-related stressors, and military veteranship. Our mission is to bridge critical resource gaps through 24/7 accessible smart vending, mobile outreach, and direct provision of vital tangible resources, alongside transformative mind-body interventions.

Our approach at Kindfulness is deeply rooted in community, actively involving individuals with lived experiences in all levels of decision-making. This collaborative and empathetic culture ensures our programs, including peer-led skill training and evidence-based interventions, are effective, accountable, and sustainable.
