The Tone:
Venture Starters is a public service platform and global community that connects startups with investors and potential team members. This role observes founders, investors, and early-stage teams during pitch meetings. It offers a unique, low-commitment opportunity to understand the startup ecosystem and how ideas become funded companies.

The TL;DR
• Role: Summer Intern
• Mission: Observe real-world startup pitches to gain exposure to the startup ecosystem and how new companies are formed.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Attend: Participate in eight 2-hour Venture Starters Free Pitch Zoom meetings over several months.
• Observe: Watch startup founders pitch their companies and investors share their evaluation criteria.
• Learn: Gain firsthand insights into how startup ideas evolve into funded companies and teams form.
• Engage: Optionally connect with startups that interest you for potential separate internship opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or venture capital is essential.
• Experience: Comfortable working independently and remotely; experience with events or communities is a plus.
• Skills: Able to attend 2-hour virtual sessions effectively.
