About the Role
Retrofête is seeking a Print Design intern to join their in-house design team and help shape the prints and patterns that define their collections. This is a hands-on role for students and recent grads ready to grow, where you’ll work alongside the Design team to develop print and pattern designs for RTW collections, bringing fresh ideas to life while learning how a fast-paced, in-house fashion design team operates and gaining hands-on experience across the full print design process.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute print/graphic designs for RTW pieces
• Work closely with the team on a range of design challenges
• Align designs with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Contribute across design and production workflows
• Build and refine best practices for the role
• Report to the head designer with regular updates

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are currently enrolled or recently graduated (fashion, graphic design, or related field)
• Have a strong eye for color theory, proportion, and print/pattern design
• Are highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
• Are collaborative, communicative, and eager to learn
• Are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts
• Are able to work both independently and within a team
