What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define technical solutions and deliver user-focused features.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Mentor: Guide junior engineers, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
• Improve: Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, at a senior career level in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular). Deep expertise in back-end development with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot), and solid understanding of relational or NoSQL databases.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, commitment to writing high-quality, testable code, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Git, experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL services, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; prior experience in an Agile/Scrum environment; contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects; understanding of testing methodologies and experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
