What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Lead: Lead the development of new features and functionalities, taking ownership from initial concept through to production release.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Build: Develop and maintain highly responsive user interfaces and intuitive user experiences for web applications.

The Must-Haves

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Extensive experience with back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java. Demonstrated experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and solid understanding of RESTful API design. Experience with Git for version control.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture. Understanding of various testing methodologies and performance optimization techniques.
