What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate: Work effectively with product management, UX/UI design, and other engineering teams to define, scope, and implement new features and enhancements.
• Engineer: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Architect: Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future of our technical stack and infrastructure.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, including demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js), expertise in back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby on Rails), solid understanding of relational and NoSQL database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), experience with RESTful API design and development, and proficiency with Git.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with microservices architecture, experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Mocha, JUnit), knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, or contributions to open-source projects.
