Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Perform hands-on sampling and testing of compressed gas systems and tankers.
• Work inside cleanrooms to dispense raw materials and inspect containers.
• Receive, handle, label, and dispose of samples safely and accurately.
• Calibrate or verify calibration of instruments before use.
• Record test results with precision and flag any unusual findings.
• Keep lab supplies stocked and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Deliver excellent service to internal clients and manufacturing partners.
• Complete required training and stay current on procedures and regulations.
• Follow all regulatory and safety requirements in a GMP-aligned environment.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite, lab-based role primarily conducted in biopharmaceutical cleanrooms and laboratory spaces. You will spend significant time in ISO 8 cleanrooms, which mandate specific gowning and hygiene standards:

• No cosmetics (makeup, false lashes, spray tans, etc.)
• Short, unpolished nails
• No jewelry (except medical alert items or a simple band that fits under gloves)
• Hair must be fully contained in a hairnet; facial hair must be neatly trimmed and coverable

These stringent standards are essential for protecting product quality and ensuring a safe, controlled environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Information

• Hourly pay range: $21.50 – $22.50
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
