What You’ll Actually Do
• Design & Develop: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and resilient software applications.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features.
• Architect & Guide: Contribute to architectural discussions and technical roadmap planning, advocating for best practices and long-term maintainability.
• Mentor & Review: Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers and actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot & Improve: Diagnose and resolve complex production issues and research new technologies to improve development processes and product capabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Seasoned professional with a strong track record of building and deploying complex systems.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Java; solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and API design; strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design patterns; experience with various database technologies (SQL and NoSQL); familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Bonus: Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ); familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for full-stack roles; proven ability to lead technical projects or initiatives; contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
