What You’ll Actually Do
• Full-Stack Ownership: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Collaborative Feature Delivery: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define technical specifications and deliver high-quality features.
• Backend and Database Solutions: Architect and implement robust backend APIs and services, managing relational and NoSQL databases while optimizing for performance and scalability.
• User Interface Engineering: Develop intuitive and highly interactive front-end user interfaces using contemporary JavaScript frameworks and best practices.
• Technical Leadership & Quality: Mentor junior engineers, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level Full Stack Software Engineer with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience showing deep technical understanding.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of multiple products.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js), strong expertise in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, or Go) with relevant frameworks, and demonstrable experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Solid understanding of RESTful API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is also required.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, knowledge of DevOps practices including infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Pytest, Cypress), or experience with real-time applications or messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
