What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruction: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-energy lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Student Support: Provide constructive feedback and help students build confidence in their English skills.
• School Engagement: Take part in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree in any subject; this is an Early Career role.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is strictly required, as English 1 provides full training. Candidates must possess a valid passport from the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
• Skills: A genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange; the ability to deliver engaging and high-energy lessons to young learners; strong communication skills for providing constructive feedback and participating in school activities; cultural adaptability and an open mind for an international work environment in China.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a distinct advantage, and English 1 can sponsor this qualification.
