What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture productive relationships with essential referral partners like hospitals, rehab centers, and senior communities.
• Community Engagement: Represent Right at Home at various events and in the community to enhance the agency’s presence.
• Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to broaden the agency’s reach within the community.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze referral activity, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement of outreach efforts.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client transitions and the delivery of exceptional service.
