About The Role

This is a dynamic, high-impact position that requires more than just showing up. We are searching for a highly motivated self-starter with a genuine passion for people and a strong drive to build meaningful relationships, enhance brand visibility, and generate essential leads. In this field-based role, you will be the face of Right at Home, actively representing our agency to crucial referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and various other community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with a diverse network of referral partners.
• Actively represent Right at Home at community events, professional gatherings, and throughout the local area.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to our target audience.
• Accurately track and report on all referral activity, providing valuable insights.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client transitions and exceptional service delivery.
