What You’ll Actually Do
• Orientation Support: Support the coordination and execution of new hire orientation processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Compliance Audits: Conduct comprehensive I9 Audits to ensure full compliance with federal regulations.
• Document Management: Assist with document scanning and initiatives aimed at automating and organizing files for improved efficiency.
• ID Badge Issuance: Provide support in the preparation and issuance of employee ID badges.
• Policy Collaboration: Collaborate closely with benefits staff to assist in the development of benefit policies and procedures.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, with a strong interest in Human Resources and specifically employee benefits.
• Experience: Familiarity and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: A proactive and independent self-starter capable of working autonomously, strong capability to function effectively as a team member, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
