What You’ll Actually Do

• Development: Actively participate in mentorship and training programs to enhance professional skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An individual eager to learn and develop sales skills within the financial services sector; must be 18 years old or older.
• Experience: No prior knowledge of benefits or financial products is required; willingness to obtain an insurance license with company support is essential.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication for effective client interactions; high motivation to learn and contribute to a virtual team.
