• Team: Works closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack web applications, ensuring the use of modern and appropriate technologies.
• Collaboration: Actively collaborate with product management and UX/UI design teams to thoroughly understand business requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications and elegant user experiences.
• Quality Assurance: Lead and actively participate in comprehensive code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring rigorous adherence to standards for code quality, security, and maintainability across the team.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and coaching to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their work aligns with established technical standards and overarching team goals.
• Architecture: Contribute substantially to architectural discussions and decisions, playing a key role in shaping the future direction and technical evolution of our platform.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a strong portfolio of deployed applications. Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
• Skills: Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and strong back-end expertise (Node.js, Python, Java, Go). Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Git. Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with real-time applications and websockets, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Pytest). Contributions to open-source projects or experience with GraphQL.
