What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable and performant full-stack applications using modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Lead: Drive technical discussions, contribute to architectural decision-making, and lead the implementation of complex features.
• Code: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Mentor: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Skills:
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and extensive experience with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
* Deep experience with at least one back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Go, Ruby on Rails), including designing and implementing RESTful APIs or GraphQL and microservices architecture.
* Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB), with an ability to design efficient schemas and optimize database performance.
* Practical experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
* Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms, coupled with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Bonus: Experience with serverless architectures, knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Mocha, Chai), familiarity with GraphQL or messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and open-source contributions or personal projects.
