What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Lead the design and development of complex software features, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Code: Write high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, C++, Go, or C#.
• Review: Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly to maintain the stability of our systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, including a strong portfolio of shipped products and experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language, demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable APIs and backend services, strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL), and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), contributions to open-source projects, or experience with agile development methodologies.
