What You’ll Actually Do
• Direct Sales: Engage directly with homeowners to present company services and successfully close deals, contributing to the summer’s revenue targets.
• Schedule Commitment: Strictly adhere to a demanding full-time summer work schedule, operating six days a week from Monday through Saturday.
• Skill Development: Actively participate in and apply insights from real sales training sessions, specifically focusing on developing persuasive communication techniques and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Goal Achievement: Systematically practice and master the art of setting ambitious sales targets and personal development goals, ensuring consistent progress and achievement throughout the internship.
