What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide entry-level administrative staff duties, learning the fundamental mission and operations of the assigned department.
• Data Management: Research, compile, and ensure accuracy of data for specialized reports and records.
• Information Analysis: Collect, summarize, and analyze information and statistics for departmental needs.
• Project Assistance: Help plan and implement programs, special projects, and events, including website content updates.
• Community Interaction: Respond to inquiries, provide information, and offer general support to staff and the community.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student or recent graduate (within 2 years) of college, graduate school, or vocational/trade school.
• Experience: Entry-level understanding of administrative processes and local government functions.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a passion for community engagement.
