What You’ll Actually Do
• Feature Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new functionalities for cloud-based platforms and services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring high quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
• Technical Strategy: Contribute to architectural discussions, evaluate new technologies and tools, and help define the technical roadmap and standards for the team.
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience building scalable backend services or full-stack applications, with demonstrable experience on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, Go, C#, or Node.js), solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, API design, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot or React, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), real-time data processing (Kafka), machine learning concepts, or Agile/Scrum environments.
