What You’ll Actually Do
• Property Aesthetics: Maintain the overall appearance of the office, building exteriors, and all surrounding grounds to consistently high standards of presentation and curb appeal.
• Cleanliness Management: Ensure the entire property, including common areas and outdoor spaces, is kept in a meticulously clean and orderly condition for residents and visitors.
• Unit Turnover Support: Provide critical assistance with cleaning and painting vacant apartment units, preparing them efficiently and thoroughly for new residents to move in.
• General Maintenance: Perform various minor property maintenance tasks, offering direct and essential support to the broader Maintenance team operations.
• Outdoor Beautification: Execute light landscaping tasks, such as trimming or weeding, to further enhance the aesthetic appeal and pleasantness of the property’s exterior environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An individual possessing a strong customer service orientation, prepared to apply practical skills in property upkeep. This role is suitable for candidates ready to contribute directly to the visual integrity and functional order of an apartment community.
• Experience: Demonstrated capability in basic painting techniques is required, along with the flexibility and ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary to meet property demands and operational needs.
• Skills: Essential skills include effective cleaning practices, fundamental knowledge for performing minor property maintenance, and proficiency in light landscaping duties. An aptitude for ensuring an orderly and presentable environment is crucial.
• Bonus: Previous, direct experience in grounds keeping is preferred, indicating a familiarity with the specific responsibilities and expectations of this type of role.
