What You’ll Actually Do
• Appearance Maintenance: Maintain the overall appearance of the office, building, and grounds, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment for all.
• Property Cleanliness: Keep the property in a consistently clean and orderly condition for residents and staff.
• Apartment Preparation: Assist with cleaning and painting vacant apartments to ensure they are ready for new residents.
• Maintenance Support: Perform minor property maintenance tasks to provide support to the Maintenance team.
• Landscaping Enhancement: Execute light landscaping tasks to improve the aesthetic appeal of the properties.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Understanding of grounds keeping tasks and responsibilities.
• Experience: Prior experience in grounds keeping is preferred.
• Skills: Strong customer service orientation and basic painting skills for apartment preparation and touch-ups.
• Bonus: Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed to meet property demands.
