Multi-Site Groundskeeper – Palm Beach, FL

We are currently seeking a Multi-Site Groundskeeper to join our team at Groves of Delray and Villages at Delray, two apartment communities totaling 302 units in Palm Beach, FL.
Position Summary
As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, building, amenity areas, and grounds across both properties, contributing to a positive living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall appearance of the office, building, and grounds, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment.
- Keep the property in a consistently clean and orderly condition.
- Assist with cleaning and painting vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
- Perform minor property maintenance tasks to support the Maintenance team.
- Execute light landscaping tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the properties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in grounds keeping is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of relevant tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong customer service orientation, with an ability to interact positively with residents and team members.
- Basic painting skills for minor touch-ups and apartment preparation.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed to meet property demands.
