Business Faculty | ECPI University

This is a remote position at ECPI University, located remotely. ECPI University has been dedicated to helping students achieve their goals since 1966 by providing practical training and career-focused education through over 50 Associates, Bachelor’s, and Master’s Programs. This role is crucial for delivering hands-on instruction and helping students improve their lives through education. Faculty support student success with an industry-focused curriculum and engaging learning environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruct: Provide practical, hands-on instruction through the Canvas LMS in an engaging learning environment.
• Innovate: Incorporate effective teaching methodologies to enhance student learning and achieve learning outcomes.
• Engage: Teach one live session each week and hold one live office hour per week via Zoom.
• Support: Be the first point of contact to troubleshoot software or technical concerns for students.
• Connect: Build connections with students using strong interpersonal skills, including approachability and empathy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Professionals with a terminal degree in Business Administration (or Finance, HR, Accounting, Project Management) in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.
• Experience: Current hands-on experience within an organizational business setting in your field of expertise is required.
• Skills:
• Strong business acumen, including analytics, ethics, financials, leadership, logistics, operations, and supply chain management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a 5-week accelerated course environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot software or technical concerns for students.
• Bonus: Experience teaching or training adults in the workplace.
