Job Title

This appears to be an internship or entry-level role focused on sales operations and process improvement, likely within a Sales Operations or Business Development department.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Process Design & Implementation: Design and implement robust processes for sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
• Trend Analysis & Insights: Provide valuable insights to the broader team regarding sales trends and performance errors, proposing innovative business solutions.
• Process Review & Optimization: Critically review existing processes, including sales compensation planning, sales new hire onboarding & training, and the North America Sales Forecasting process.
• Research & Recommendations: Conduct thorough research and analysis of current processes, presenting formal recommendations for strategic improvements.
• Performance Analysis: Perform detailed trend analysis and effectively present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Required Competencies and Skills

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, specifically a Rising Senior, in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field of study.
• Project Management: Demonstrated strong project management skills, indicating an ability to organize, plan, and execute tasks effectively.
• Intellectual Curiosity: Possesses a strong desire to learn, grow, and explore new ideas and challenges.
• Multitasking & Organization: Capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously while ensuring accurate and timely completion of all tasks.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel (for data analysis and reporting) and Word (for documentation and formal recommendations).
