What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Processing: Process complex transactions and reconcilements related to loan or security payments.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze pooled loans to determine non-compliance, then communicate findings to investors.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with established agreements.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data entry, accounting, and analysis of pooled loan data.
• Document Interpretation: Research and interpret controlling legal documents related to collateral or bond payments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ year experience in Financial Services, including internship experience, with a background in business analysis, finance, and data analysis.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and V Look Up.
