Assistant Creative Director – Part-Time | Society Social
The Tone:
This is a part-time role at Society Social, located in West Palm Beach, FL, with required travel throughout South Florida. Society Social operates as a boutique social media marketing and brand development studio, dedicated to crafting bespoke, editorial online presences for luxury lifestyle brands, founders, real estate developers, and hospitality clients. This Assistant Creative Director position is crucial for bringing our clients’ visions to life, directly contributing to storytelling, content creation, and campaign execution that builds lasting brand equity.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Capture: Attend client events to capture on-site photo and video content.
• Video Production: Film, direct, and edit short-form video content for various client social media channels.
• Social Media Management: Support daily social media management across multiple client accounts.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in designing and executing comprehensive brand campaigns.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate directly with clients during content sessions and brand activations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals possessing a strong aesthetic eye and a genuine passion for luxury lifestyle, fashion, and hospitality brands, who can confidently and professionally engage in client-facing and event environments.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to film, direct, and edit short-form video content for platforms like Reels and TikTok, coupled with a solid understanding of current social media platforms and content trends.
• Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut and Lightroom, along with strong abilities in creative ideation and contributing to content calendars and campaign strategy.
• Bonus: Prior experience with brand development or campaign design, and a self-starting attitude suited for a boutique work environment.
