This is a part-time role at Fisher Investments, located in Camas, WA. Fisher Investments is a rapidly growing global investment firm with a purpose to better the investment universe. This position is vital for supporting the firm’s growth by managing a range of administrative and logistical responsibilities that differ daily. The Fulfillment Junior Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations, handling client-related documentation, and providing essential support functions, ensuring the smooth functioning of a collaborative work environment.

• Team: Reports directly to a Fulfillment Team Leader, working within a dynamic, team-based, and open office environment.
• Mission: Provides critical administrative, logistical, and client support to ensure the efficient daily operations and continued growth of the investment firm.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Data Management: Perform precise data entry of prospect and client information into firm systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality for all records.
• Document Handling and Preparation: Responsibly manage sensitive and confidential documents, adhering strictly to company protocols, and meticulously prepare marketing kits for prospective clients.
• Office Logistics and Facilities Support: Proactively monitor and manage office supply inventory to fulfill requests, and actively contribute to office moves, equipment mounting, and maintaining overall office cleanliness.
• Mail and Shipping Operations: Efficiently sort and distribute all incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery, and skillfully process outgoing shipments using various carriers including UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
• Administrative Assistance and Hospitality: Maintain and organize client files, ensuring easy access and proper storage, while also assisting with general administrative duties and contributing to various hospitality functions as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently an enrolled college student who is actively pursuing either a Bachelor’s or an Associate’s degree, demonstrating a foundational commitment to professional development.
• Experience: No specific professional experience required, but candidates must maintain a strong academic record with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Skills: The ability to reliably commute to and work onsite at the Camas, WA office, strong organizational capabilities for managing diverse tasks, and the flexibility to commit to working a consistent schedule of 15 to 28 hours per week.
