Product Management Intern Position
The Product Management Intern will work closely with our Product Management and Engineering departments. This position offers real-life business experience, knowledge, and skills relevant to classroom education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with new product development, quality improvement, and end-user research projects.
- Think strategically and creatively to gather product and consumer insights as assigned.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information, ensuring its security through established measures and procedures.
- Compile special reports and analysis, selecting appropriate data from various sources. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as assigned.
- Create and maintain business and correspondence documents, files, and other record-keeping systems pertinent to the department’s mission.
- Prepare, type, and edit a wide variety of correspondence from notes, instructions, and general directions.
- Receive, screen, and direct telephone and written communications.
- Conduct research, analyze market trends, and collect data associated with assigned projects.
- Provide current status information for all open issues as assigned, identifying the need for closure or status updates.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma and currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program.
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of PC and various business office applications/software.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, proper phone etiquette, and the ability to work effectively in a group.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must have the ability to deal with all levels of people both inside and outside the organization.
- Work Ethic: Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent follow-through, be organized, and detail-oriented.
- Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
