What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete two weeks of rigorous in-house virtual training led by industry professionals, building foundational private equity skills.
• Develop proficiency in 3-Statement Financial Modeling, DCF Valuation, Trading and Transaction Comparables, and LBO Basics.
• Gain access to and training on Capital IQ Pro, earning a certificate upon completion.
• Practice Investment Memo Writing and conduct comprehensive Market and Industry Research.
• Engage with placement opportunities, securing exposure to buy-side deal work and investment decision-making at LMM PE firms, search funds, or similar entities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, current university student (freshmen and sophomores ideal, not limited to), with a foundational interest in private equity.
• Experience: Eagerness to gain a head start in private equity and build a compelling CV.
• Skills: Highly motivated, quick learner, and committed to excelling in a demanding environment; aptitude for financial analysis and research.
