The Tone:
This is an internship at FCA, offered in various locations. FCA focuses on developing student athletes and introducing them to different facets of ministry. This role is crucial to the FCA mission, playing a vital part in ministry by helping interns understand their individual calling through relevant training and practical experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Adherence: Agree with and abide by FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Spiritual Practice: Follow a spiritual rhythm that includes daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord’s will for FCA.
• Leadership: Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example.
• Community Engagement: Connect to and actively participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Conduct: Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA’s Christian beliefs at all times.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Collegiate level (interns are collegiate volunteers); commitment to serving God as a form of worship.
• Experience: Desire for a learning and developmental ministry experience; interest in discerning personal calling and career within ministry.
• Skills: Ability to provide spiritual leadership; practice of daily prayer and Bible study; engagement in local church worship and involvement; commitment to biblical standards of conduct.
