FCA provides ministry experiences designed to develop student athletes in discerning their calling and career path. This role is vital to introduce interns to diverse aspects of ministry through FCA. The internship’s primary goal is to deepen the intern’s understanding of their individual calling to ministry through structured training and hands-on experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Live in alignment: Abide by and agree with FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Cultivate spiritual growth: Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord’s will for FCA.
• Provide spiritual guidance: Lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example.
• Engage in community: Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Uphold biblical conduct: Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA’s Christian beliefs at all times.

• Background: Collegiate volunteers seeking a learning and developmental ministry experience.
• Experience: Desire for a learning and developmental ministry experience within FCA.
• Skills: Spiritual leadership and mentorship, commitment to daily prayer and Bible study, active participation in a local church community, adherence to biblical standards of conduct.
