Junior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with business clients through effective business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives.
  • Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and secure new business accounts, directly contributing to our clients’ growth objectives.
  • Account Management & Growth: Strategically retain existing accounts while actively identifying and pursuing opportunities for expansion and increased revenue.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and successful closing.
  • Performance Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Manage and analyze account reporting to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Territory Optimization: Strategize and organize assigned sales territory for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, but not strictly required.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a strong aptitude for client interaction.
  • Communication: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities coupled with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Leadership Potential: Possess demonstrated leadership potential combined with a collaborative, team-player attitude.
