About the Micro-Internship Program at KeyBank
Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio
The Micro-Internship Program at KeyBank offers high school students a unique opportunity to learn, explore, and develop essential skills within a professional office environment. This immersive summer program, running from June 15 – July 9, encourages interns to demonstrate their abilities, explore potential career paths, and build valuable professional networks as they prepare for their collegiate journey.
Micro-Interns will actively assist KeyBank in various aspects of their assigned department, gaining invaluable real-life experience in a dynamic, innovative, and professional setting. Interns are expected to bring a strong work ethic and leverage their high school coursework and experiential background to add value to the team. The program is on-site at the 4900 Tiedeman Road location, where interns will work directly with accomplished professionals, subject matter experts, management teams, and executive leadership.
Job Requirements
- Able to use a computer
- 16 years old or older
- Pass Background Check Requirement
- Must have a driver’s license/State ID or ability to attain (KeyBank can provide assistance)

Compensation and Benefits
This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $14 per hour.
